NeverEnding Story, July 2015

Translated into Chinese by Chen-ou Liu

snowflakes
in my open hands
the slow drift
of our memories
filling up winter

Chrysanthemum, Number 15, April 2014

Chen-ou's comments:

A simile, emotional and visual, is skillfully established between the two parts of the poem, and the winter of remembrance of the things past would make the speaker feel much colder than winter itself.
