a tempest
deconstructs the night
sometimes
we find ourselves
when everything is lost
to let go
or to hold fast
if only
we could choose
as easily as trees
summer solstice
and a strawberry moon
we will not see
another in our lifetime
but we are here, now
Welcome to this archive of my published poetry, photography and art. Thank you for allowing me to share my creative passions with you, and for taking the time to visit. I unfold my origami self / and swim into a lake of fire / washing my hair in ashes / the crane-legged words / of a thousand burning poems.
